Tilapia help: What breed is best, where to buy them and how to grow them?

To anybody who knows backyard Tilapia growing,

I have a backyard fishpond that got neglected that I plan to resurrect, it's about the size of a small pool, 4 ft in depth, shaped like a foot shoe sole, wide in one end then narrows a little bit in the other end, my guess is it's around 4-5 cubic meters.

A year and a half ago, I cleaned it up completely empty, then the rains simply filled it up in a matter of days. Somehow, the fish came back, perhaps dormant Tilapia fish eggs were still there and they simply propagated again, and maybe because there are batilis and malunggay trees at both ends of the pond w/c I think fed leaf droppings to them.

I plan to empty it up again and make Tilapia breeding a serious hobby to take advantage of the pond I have. I'm also looking for duckweed to introduce and hopefully feed them naturally without commercial feeds. I would appreciate your help if you know something about Tilapia.

So what new breed is best to grow?
Where to buy them?
I plan to feed them duckweed, are there any other natural food for Tilapia?
Should I buy a start up aerator or would baldi baldi a couple times a day do (good for exercise pud)?
