My previous employer in Manila is looking for around 70+ (as of last week) Java Developers with 2 years of experience for a contractual/regular position in Makati.
A few details that I've managed to remember:
-Starting offer will be around 40k for Java devs with 2 years of experience, for a 6 month contractual position, with the option of applying for regularization at the end of 6 months (take home is around 38~39k I think). Longer industry experience of course means higher starting pay.
-There's also the normal probationary-to-regular route, but I don't know the compensation details for that one.
-I'll highlight it again, the posting is for Manila (Makati in particular). They need the 70+ Java devs by Oct 4, 2012, but they are always hiring.
