i have a ASUS EEPC 1005 ha netbook with a defective motherboard.. im curious lang as to whether the parts of this netbook is compatible or will fit the toshiba nb520.. naay nag-ask man gud nako.. for the experts sa laptop or naka-encounter aning duha ka laptop, are these two compatible?

Ang motherboard sa laptop kay speciic lng sa for that model kay gi-FIT jd na cya sa iyang chassis. Dli pwd ang chassis ug ang motherboard different brand/manufacturer.

UNlike sa desktop nga standard and CASING nga pwd nimo butangan bisag unsa nga brand sa mobo basta maigo lng.

salamat sa reply brad.. pero.. actually, dili mobo akong ibalhin unta.. kung baga pangahoyan ag asus na laptop and ag parts adto maoy ibutang sa toshiba.. more specifically ag battery, ag screen, and uban parts na pwede.. possible ba ni? compatible ra ba? i tried to search sa google man gud but i couldn't find anything..

ok, so ag kelangan lang nako mahibawan diay is if ag screen niya is compatible.. both have 10.1" screen.. i just don't know if compatible ba siya..

^^ most probably pwede ang LCD panel mismo but depende basin pud customize na ang mga LCD panels nila...

ang battery, surely dili na pde og murag d pud pwede dismantle-lon nimo ang battery pack to salvage the cells, murag mas maguba nuon na...

uban parts, ang RAM big chance nga pwede ra... ang Processor, ambot lang kaha pero most likely pwede ra pud if same socket siya pero ang risk lang dha kun dili supported sa mobo sa Toshiba... all other parts, depende gyud na, kinahanglan gyud nag visual inspection kung match ba or similar ba or mo sakar ba... and of course, mister google can help a lot...

thanks sa reply sir.. i tried googling pero wa koy nakitan man gud.. ill look harder.. maybe ag last option is to compare nalang jud visually ug maigo ba.. hehe

though if naa pa jud nakasuway na aning duha, do let me know..

if the connector of the LCD to the motherboard fits, then you're good to go.

Tingali the same manufacturer ra ang nag supply ug LCD sa Asus ug Toshiba.

your best bet is to check the serial number of the parts you want to get from the other laptop and compare it to the other. your chances are only in the RAM and the processor (that is you have the same socket).

if you have search it in google, probably it's not possible. doesn't mean i am discouraging you to try.
