Its the Telcos job to prevent such actions. Perhaps a very sensitive detection mechanism if there is an abuse on the bandwidht used by a subscriber.. VPNs are not illegal and it should be highly unlikely that VPNs works to exploit how the telco authenticates or provisions Internet access to the subscriber.. In simplest sense, Telcos could never really patch the holes. They're stuck with us filipinos .. we are just soo creative in finding ways in getting around things.. These companies cant even make a bulletproof network and system infrastracture to help improve their services .. security pa kaha? sounds like free Internet will always be here.

Mga boss dili man cguro illegal ang mag gamit og VPN connection, besides wala may batas sa PH nga ni ingon og illegal na siya.. Kay kanang mga server for VPN kay nagbayad man mi ana.. Nindot sad na siya kay maka tabang sa atong mga kapwa pinoy nga maka avail og internet nga mas affordable sa bulsa.. Unlike anang mga promo kay mahal og naa pa gyud capping w/c is dili siya worth it para nako.. Opinion rana nako boss..

You know what we don't really know the inside agreement between the two parties, the one who provide the VPN services and the duopoly providers we have. In fact there is no other player, it's also clear that VPN services are using the services/mediums of these two providers.
