Buying brand new car from dealership outside Cebu

Kasuway na mog palit ug bag-ong sakyanan from Manila dealership?

1. Unsay reason sa manila mo nipalit?
1. Hassle ba siya?
2. Di ka magproblema sa warranty or PMS kung i-honor ba sa casa diri?
3. How about the registration? Unsay problems na usually ma-encounter?
4. Unsay lain good and bad experiences ninyo about this?

Kay plano ko mupalit sa Hyundai Manila coz naay difference na 40K ang quote nila diri compared didto. I've been trying to negotiate pero gahi gyud mga agent diri, sige reason out na ma-hassle daw ko if mukuha ko sa gawas. Ang agent sa manila nisulti na madala ra daw 20K ang freight cost then sila na bahala sa tanan, huwat lang daw ko. I don't know with you guys but the remaining 20K difference is still a big amount to me.

ang nice sa manila kay daghan cla ug freebies (aside sa usual na tint, seat cover, lto, insurance, etc). although wla pa ko katry personally, dli ba ka mahassle ana? i mean mogasto pa gud ka ug airfare ana to process the documents/car releasing and stuff... kung pwede ra cya i-process dre sa hyundai cebu, ok kaayo. dako na ang 20k na ma save.

as for warranty & pms, i think i-honor ra na cya sa hyundai cebu since under the same company man na cla (HARI) pero better na iclarify ni nmo sa imoha agent or dre sa hyundai cebu. naa ko naka-ila na celerio owner na sa manila nya gbuy iyaha unit. g-honor ra man sa suzuki cebu kato nagpacheckup/PMS cya...

If you look a little further you will find na mas dako pa sa 40k imo ma save. For example the difference in a car being sold in a dealership here for 1.4m is almost 200k if you know where to look sa Manila.

finally, nadala ra gyud ug haggle ang agent. nisugot sila paubsan pa ilang presyo until nahimutang na 5K nalang ang difference.

ang technique diay is, di lang gyud ka magdali. don't let them smell na excited kaayo ka. pugong lang, let them come to you as if you're not that interested in buying anymore. murag kanang okay rag naa, okay rasad ug wala.

i just texted the agent "just let me know if you decide to level your price with manila". after a week, gipaubsan nila ug 10K. then after another week, gi-lower napud ug 5K. hehehe...

ang issue lang ana sir noh ky mag MANILA PLATE ka... which we all know na ang value sa auto na nka Manila plate is lesser compared sa nka CEBU plate. Why? majority ni ingon mahatagan daw ka og Doubt na ni tugsaw na sa baha didto (regardless na imo dayon gi padala diri sa cebu) - if dli pa ma wagtang imong papers na the date of purchase og ang date og padala, mka reason out paka.. pero kng mawala na, good luck.

My officemates in the bank im workin hav been buyin thier cars from manila... Aside na cheaper, they also offer more freebies..
Nway, with regards to yur concerns, registration isnt a problem since its brand new.. Also sellin it later on shudnt also b a problem since its brand new (no flooding issues). As for d warranty, im not sure wid hyundai so chek wid em first...
D only concern i see is that hyundai cebu myt not have yur car records (engine, plate, chassis numbr) in thier records... But a simple long distance fon call at the dealership shud cover that... Based on my manila unit honda xperience...
