Please help me fill up a survey

Hello everyone,
My name is Don and I am currently in my final year in NTU(Nanyang Technological University). I am doing a survey on whether cultural factors would affect the usage of WAP applications.My main target audience is people from the Philippines,but everyone is welcome to do the survey.
I hope that all of you nice people would help me out. Feel free to ask me any questions.

about sa WAP diri sa cebu i think naa na... so far sa akong nahibaw-an about that type of communication is GLOBE TELECOMS at IT PARK.

i think what rkc_888 means is about wifi.. i think IT park has wifi in that area..
