You have to be logged out before you even browse the page... or if you've been logged in earlier it works for if you log out and back in again.

If you can't log out
try typing https://www.istorya.net/forums
instead of http://forums.istorya.net....
you'll notice that you've logged out already.. now you can log back in...

arnoldsa has a point. i had ds problem before and since i used https://www.istorya.net/forums no probs anymore
