PC always restarting

Mga bros, I have some major problem sa akong manghud nga CPU. It keeps always restarting(randomly) without taking any commands, I dunno why or unsay hinungdan ngano nisugud ni ug hingun-ani. I tried to clean the whole CPU, I removed the heatsink fans and applied a new thermal paste. I removed also the RAMS and powersupply, and put them back after pag limpyo. I tried also to change the powersupply pero same ra gihapon, mo restart ra gihapon. Virus ba kaha ni or unsa ba jud...naa ba naguba major components ani

Specs:
Processor - Intel E6750
Motherboard - Intel DG31PR
RAM - 2x 1gb pc800
HD - 80gb Sata
Videocard - Sapphire HD 6670
OS - Windows 7 (32bit)

yes probably on that case virus or malware jud.. you already checks hardware why not cleaning-up your PC.. sometimes Virus or Malwares can cause random PC restarts.. try SuperAntiSpyware gudluck!

if na try na nmu ug check ang imong PSU den mao ra ghpon, try checking or detached ang imong power pin sa restart, ang power lng sa imng pc ang ipabilin and try to observe, if kana ang cause there's short circuit sa imong restart power pin. idk if sakto akong mga terms, bsta one of the causes sad na.

maka sulod pa sya sa desktop bro, usahay it will last mga 8mins then restart nasad. Nya after sa ma restart...mu-freeze ra sya sa Intel logo(BIOS). I tried to exchange the RAM's position vice versa, but still mao ra gihapon.

reformat rana bro since na determine na nimo nga dili sa imong hardware ang guba... corrupt ang OS nimo bro... I fix mga pc pud so experience nasad ko ana a lot of times... if dili sa hardware, then sa software... ok?

salamat bro, try nya ni nako reformat by tomorrow. is there any chance naguba ang motherboard?

last resort back up your files, reformat...kung wala ghapon hardware problem Motherboard(bulging caps)...
