Thanks
since you are just asking for a gaming rig.
i woud suggest you get ivybridge intel i5 3570k, i7 is just overkill for gaming you don't need those multithreading functions for gaming.

Processor: intel core i5 3570k
MoBO: MSI Z77A-GD65 (MSI Global ? Mainboard - Z77A-GD65) <= around 12k price
RAM: 5-7k budget is way too high, rams now are just cheap, go get this => Gskill RipJaws X Blue CL8 2x4GB(8GB) (Newegg.com - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM)=> 3.3k only
SSD: stretch your budget for SSD since barato ra ang ram, i would recommend you get 120gb SSD.
Corsair force GT 120gb = 8k+ or OCZ vertex 3 = 8k+
Video Card: Radeon HD 7770 = 8k
psu: any 500-600watts true rated psu's are good.

sakto si brian bro, if gaming lang imo apas, i5 nalang, but if you really want to get an i7 okay ra pud hihi... Unique ang look sa Asus Z77 Sabretooth, bad ass kaayo iya looks and it has nice features, go for that

If naa ka color theme, pwede ka

Red : G.Skill RipJawz X 2x4gb(2 kits para 16gb) this is roughly 5k if cl9 imo kuhaon
Blue: G.Skill Ares 2x4gb (2 kits para 16gb) this is around 6k kapin hehe

Barato na mga 120gb SSD. Pwede ka mag OCZ or Corsair hehe - roughly 7k nalang sila karon
