Tips bro:... pagdala ug mechanic kung mo palit ka para matan aw ang sakyanan. para pud ma sure kung lay deperensya.....
pag andam ug extra money.. kay usually mga 2nd hand car.. kung metekuloso gud ka nga naay gamay deperensya.. mapaayo daun nimo...

I check ang plate no. sa LTO.. if wala ba syay pending... Check ang engine no. and chassis no. na pareho sa OR CR pareho ra din naka appear sa tag iya okay nana.. then pangayo lang pud ug photocopy sa license.. for transfer of ownership... Para Surebol

if wala ma transfer sa iya u need the deed of sale from the original owner with 2 valid id's of the original owner..
