for student's postpaid line, you need your parents consent, you will apply to them as a student subscriber but they will look at your parents as account holders

no proof of billing / financial capacity, i doubt they would grant you a line.

or if nag rent raka diri, sa inyong land lady...
make an authorization nga nag puyo ka with them or on that address...
the rest are, valid IDs, etc...
usually pud they ask for landline number sa imong friends, neighbor, relatives around the area for verification nila...
