I recently won a bid in ebay. asking me to pay to a bank account BPI 2149 0649 2*.
Ingon xa after i deposit the 15k money kay ideliver dayon ang package. how will i know if dili ko mailad?
please send your tips/suggestions. Dont want to be scammed but i want to buy the item.

check seller ratings/feedback

do a little research of the seller

If the seller has 20,000 feedbacks and its above 95%, I doubt he is a fake. Pay using PayPal, you get refunded if you get scammed. Buy with confidence!
