I am LOOKING FOR ROOM FOR RENT !
Preferably:
- Banawa / Capitol Site / Guadalupe (renters work at banawa & IT Park)
- Good for 1-2 persons (we don't usually stay here all the the time because we have our houses in pardo & lapu-lapu, we just need a place to stay every workdays)
- Budget is 1k-2k per month
- Free water and light (renters have no appliances, only electric fan)
- No curfew
- If possible, Free WI-FI
- OK for visitors
