PC NO DISPLAY, but will beep twice :(

mga istoryans... ang pc nako mo beep ra twice then wa na dayon display sa iyang monitor and if i try to turn it on again, mao raman ghapon.. la jud.. i tried the advice of my friend, nga try daw nako ibot ang memory card sa iyang slot then ibalik napod nya e try nako turn on.. mao raman ghapon.. hay paeta wa jud na ma abti 1 year, katong una niya nga guba mao sad na, pero ingon sa technician sa RASI k na short daw, nya gi ilisan sad nila new mobo..

specs sa akong PC nga gubaon:
MSI K8VMM (built - in video card)
PQI 512 DDR400
AMD Sempron 2800+ (Socket 754)

hay.. ngayo ta ko ninyo suggestion dha kng unsa jud ang guba sa akong PC, do i need to buy nalang a new video card para di na ma ulcer ang akong PC? or stay as is lang?

try checking your PSU bro. basin mao reason ngano nangaguba imo components. unstable na siguro ang output sa imo PSU.

video card, remove and clean the contact with pencil eraser and if doesnt work get a new one.

Video Card and problema ana, since buit-in man, ipa replace na, naa pa na warranty...
