Suggest me a good headlight bulb

Good day.
Could you help me choose a good replacement headlight bulb for my car? I drive a 2004 Civic.
I had dark tints installed recently, and as expected, it became harder to see out at night. It's acceptable when I put it on high beam, but I can't have high beam on all the time. So I want to replace my headlight bulbs with something brigher, but I don't want to install HID. I just want to change the bulb.

I'm using the standard yellow halogen bulbs now. I want to change it to something brighter. I want a bulb that's not completely white since white bulbs arent clear sa dark tint. Maybe yellowish-white in color. I was considering the Osram All-season since I heard na it's not super white and It's good for dark tints.

Do you have other suggestions? My bulb size is HB4/9006. I prefer branded bulbs since they're sure not to destroy my plastic lenses. Thanks!

I suggest Osram Nightbreakers or Philips X-treme power..

but it's still better to reduce your tint..

I'm going to go with Philips X-treme power siguro. Any idea where I could buy an HB4 type?

I like my tint dark since the car is parked under the heat everyday

^^you can use a sun visor instead of dark tint..

dark tint is for government red plate vehicle aron dili maklaro ang anomaliya gigamit sa personal trip..hehe
