Yes. There are transfer papers included. I forgot to mention that one. Its part of the starter kit. But we don't sell transfer papers kay nasa Manila based ang among printing. Mas mahal kung mag ship pa ug paper. Thanks.

Wala po. You can use any design you have and then print it mirrored and heat press it into the shirt. Some designs just use text.
