I am looking for a lot at Pacija or Poro to build a nippa hut. It should be about 300 mē or more, quite location with good soil for gardening. Not directly along the beach but not too far from. Private sellers with a reasonable price are welcome! Offers with phantasm prices 500 and more per sqm will be ignored.

i do have 2 lots in camotes, one is beach front lot and the other one is near the road
