Need help with my canon eos 5d mark ii :-(

Hi guys! ask lang ko ba, i bought this canon rc-6 wireless remote before for my 7d and it works perfectly fine with my 7d but i recently purchased a 5d mark ii now, every time i try to connect it with my 5d it doesn't seem to work? I'm pretty sure i have done everything the manual said to do? i even replaced the battery but still no success .

now question is, is there anything in the setting that i need to change for the wireless remote to work? or do i have to send my 5d to canon service centre?

on your top lcd screen
AF drive mode button --> change it to 2sec timer or 10sec timer to activate the remote --> then smile

Sir i already did that but still it doesnt work i even replace the battery. It works great with the 7d but not with the 5dmark ii

I already did sir and it is compatible w the 5d mark ii i even rang canon but they cant figure out the problem they asked me to go see them which is impossible cause theyre way too far or ship the camera to them. Bummer!

OT: bilib najud ko aning koto kay mag workshop na on how to unlock the secrets of a fullframe camera. mag workshop sad nya kog pina ingon ana.

try daw mam ug reset ang settings sa imong camera... kung wla ghapon, hmmmm adto gyud ta ana sa canon mam...
