Victor ortega mango avenue cebu is a good salon. I had my hair dyed 6 mos. ago and i was very happy with it. My co-workers tried hair rebonding, very nice result. Very good customer service as well. You will not regret going there. The only negative comment i have is that there airconditioner is not cold enough.
