Anybody got PLDT Telpad delivered in Cebu?

I reserved PLDT TelPad about 3 month ago.
3 weeks ago, I got a phone call from PLDT, explaining me they will email me a form to fill-up and to email back, what I did.
Then, 2 weeks ago, they called me twice to confirm my order and to set the delivery date September 9 before lunch, which is today.
Of course, nothing was delivered, no call, no update, plain nothing!
That sucks big time... and means for me a cancellation of the order and rejection of any delivery past today.

No way for me to wait. If they set a delivery date, called twice to confirm and then do not deliver, its not ok for me.

They should deliver on the said date. maayo unta ug nag butang sila ug delivery date nga naka range pero kong exact date like 9 / 9 / 2011 dapat tumanon nila.

Exactly. They also want that you pay your bill on the due date...

Guess what? I posted on facebook, on the pldt wall, and they quickly deleted my post. They do not like any form of criticism. The pldt is a weird company.

Update: Got my telpad delivered, but its the old unit with Android 2.2, not the new with 2.3
No idea what up with them.

You might need to post in their FB again hehe. they might take some action and will take another long wait.

I did, but no more response so far
Of course, I also requested the free dsl speed upgrade, and also 3 days no response from them, just silence...

This fu..ing PLDT... I complained on the day I got the TelPad that it is the wrong unit.
4 days after delivery, they emailed me that the unit is now used and that they cannot change it.
Imagine that!
