MACBOOK PRO 13" i5 early 2011..HARD Freeze Issue

Mga istoryan's basin naa sad MBP dha na same problem naku ask lng ko if gi unsa nyu pag solve:

naa ko MBP napalit last May sa Cebu after 2 months na gamit nag HARD Freeze cya ..kana mu hang then naa beeping sound 3x..
since under warranty pa ako gipa service sa Istore mao ni step by step na nahitabo:

1. dili ma detect sa service center sa apple sa cebu unsa problem ,mao after 3 days ila gi uli sa ako k BASIN daw software ra guba kai d man ma detect unsa problem... but after na reformat n na nstall ang software naa gihapon ang problema .. so naka dcyd cla na ila pulihan og HD. so ga wait ko 3 weeks..

2. aftre 3 weeks na uli na ako MBP sa akoa with the NEW HD na ila gi install.. but after few hours naku gamit nag Hard Freeze nasad so ako nasad balik sa Istore k murag wala gyud ma ayo ang issue sa ako MBP ..

3. ako gibilin ang MBP sa istore for 2 days p[ara gyud cla mismo maka kita nga mag hard freeze gihapon ako MBP..

4. after 2 days na gamit nila never nadaw nag Hard freeze mao ako gikuha balik ..but after 3 hours naku gamit nag Hard freeze naman sad.. so ako nasad balik sa ila ang MBP...

ila nasad daw ibalik sa service center sa apple ako MBP.. hahahahahah

1 month na kapin wa naku magamit ako MBP ...

Ask lang unta ko if kinsa ninyu naka xperience og ing ani sa nyu MBP and gi unsa ninyu pag solve... TY

kung under normal use lang ang imo mac. pwede mana tingali nimo pa replace-san ang unit gyud boss. kung ingon ana gani nga sila mismo dili maka solbad so issues sa imo mac. i think this is the purpose of warranties, to protect consumers. imaginon nimo 2 months palang nagloko nah imo mac. and di bya barato ang mac., reklamo gyud ayg padala anang mga sales personnel lang. talk to the manager or beter yet the store owner. and before doing so. also consult sa mga mac forum communities sa US kung unsay inputs nila about ana nga issue. kay ang mga kano. perte kaau nah sila mu reklamo parte nah kung mga ingon ana nga issue. dili man sad gud tanan unit sa mac perfect gyud pagkahimo. naa gyuy uban nga baliko.

mao lagi bro d man gani kaau naku magamit ni ako Mac bro kai ako rani gamit pang edit pictures ..kung mag surf ko sa enet b4 kai gamit naku ako ra usa ka laptop..ako ka tingalahan lang kai mu insist gyud cla na ok na ang Unit after nila ma replacesan og HD ..nga after nila ma replacesan oh HD mao raman gihapon ga Hard Freeze ra gihapon..Nuan karun daw ila nasad gibalik sa service center nila wait nasad cguro ko another 3 weeks ani para ma Tagna nila unsa gyud problema sa UNIT..hehehehe..maau unta ila nalng replacesan hehehe

mao lagi bro ka daku kaha sa ako kalipay if ila pulihan ..yep under warranty pa gyud k may 2011 pa naku napalit cya... kataw anan lng ni apple/istore cebu kai murag na natwun to borikat ako MBP k ga cge na cla abri2 ad2.. after sa HD na replacement karun k ang motherboard nasad daw ila pulihan ,,,, hahahha

kabaw ka brad diri sa singapore ha ako iphone na headset d na mag function ang volume control, ako gi-ad2 sa starhub, within 5 mins naa nko new replacement. nangotana lang sila did you try it on another iphone? ako tubag YES and i also tried different headset and it works ok. replace man daun. no further questions asked

ang iphone sa ako kaila, di na mag on, gi reklamo sa starhub, dretso man daun replace. no questions asked.

akoang macbook ang shift key d mag function after 2 months, dretso man gani daun replace, nangotana lang if naa pakoy importante na files na wala pa ma back up before gi replace

mao lagi brod mao na naka pait dri sa pinas pwera lng sad sa maau ha.. heheheh k as much as possible ila gyud i recycle matingala sad ta nganu ing ana ila service dri sa pinas nga international man kaha warranty sa mga MBP....tsk2... n besides wala man cguro mawala sa ila side kai replacesan man gihaspon cla ana .... kabaw ka bro 1 month n 1 week na na tangung ako MBP n nahadlok ko na mag wait nasad ko anaother 3 weeks ..n wala pa cgurado if ma ayo ba nila or dili k felling naku asta cla waka sabot naunsa ako MAC murag gi tagna2 ra nila ang sakit hehehehehe.....

@TS: My only suggestion is to have it full unit replacement since it is covered with warranty. Also MBP is very expensive and supposed to be for less hassle for customers part they should have it replaced. I am pretty sure its serious hardware issue that cannot be repaired.
