I need advice "buying new CPU"

Hi, this is the kind of set up that i have planned when i buy my new CPU, i need help on what type of motherboard thingy that would be compatible with all of these parts and also at a price that is reachable within my budget:

My budget is 20k

Motherboard: A cheap one that is compatible with a DDR3 RAM = 2k
Processor:compatible with the said motherboard = 5k
Videocard: GeForce GT 430 1GB 128bit ddr3 PCI-e: 3k
HDD: SATA 500GB :2k
RAM: DDR3 4gb: 2k
PSU:I need advice on this one, to fit in with my videocard and etc. I dont know the price range for this one
DVDplayer/writer: Samsung:1k
power supply: i want a cheap one that is durable..

and also, are there any vital hardwares that i missed??

TS...go for SB setup nalang ...since 5k man imong budget for Processor...
then PSU ug powersupply same ra na.. go for FSP nalang 500w tag 1900 sa PCX...

@TS pde nimu specify imuhang VC, kung 3k na na VC makaya ra na FSP 500W...

BTW PSU and power supply is the same... basin AVR imu pasabot sa usa....
