A BBC Two show on maths in the world around us by Marcus du Sautoy,
starting on Weds 27th July at 9pm - and it's also a treasure hunt!
Description
The Code is coming soon to BBC Two! This is your chance to take part
in an interactive treasure hunt and be in with a chance of winning a
unique piece of treasure. Before we release more details and really
kick off the fun, we've got a challenge that all you early adopters
can get involved in right now. We'll be asking you to collect photos
of every prime number between 2 and 2011 as they appear in the world
around us. To submit your photos and get involved early, upload them
to your photo sharing website of choice with the tag bbccode, post
them on the wall of our Facebook group, or tweet them to us @bbccode.
Plot Outline
The Code is a new three part series for BBC Two presented by mathematics
expert Professor Marcus du Sautoy as he goes in search of a mysterious
code: the numbers, shapes and patterns that govern the world around us.
Spanning TV, online and social networking platforms The Code will catch
the nation’s attention and hook them into one of the most important
mysteries of our universe.
