    Default Windows on Linux


    Windows can be hassol.. mo kalit ra ug restart via blue screen of death.. nya hassol kaayo.. and I was thinking na mo install ko ug linux for stability but I can't run the software that I'm using so I'm gonna install a windows virtual machine or an emulator.. what do you think?

    So if mag virtual ka, moagi gihapon ka sa Windows. Mo defeat siya sa purpose nga mobalhin ka'g linux. One more thing, d ka kasiguro nga sa linux, stable siya.

    ang rason mag virtual ko kay naai uban na application like photoshop na di mo dagan sa linux and ilang alternate version purag cs2 ra man ang level... I was thinking nah if mas stable ang OS mas stable pud ang virtual... nag huna2x pud ko mo install directly sa linux via wine.. so far wa pa man ko na balita na mag boang2x siya.. osx unta ako choice pero ambot nalng sa priesyo.. kani nalng sah.. btw nag dual boot sah ko ron.. testing the waters of linux (I got ubuntu)

    Virtualizing Windows is pretty seamless these days. If you have a decent machine and don't need to run software that require graphics acceleration, you will never know that you are virtualizing Windows at all. I use Virtualbox when not running Windows natively and it runs great.

    Tan, basin ang hardware mismo naai problema ngano mo BSOD nag kalit... Or maybe you need up move up to Win7, As ive never had a single BSOD even from Vista, aside sa akong mga overclocking experiments.

    nag consult pud ko ni Paolo mao pud iya ingon.. how to tell if ang hardware gud? my computer gikan pa 2003 pa.. fresh install wa man kaayo problem.. pero eventually mo gawas siya.. upgraded to windows 7 same rah gahapon ang resulta.. first few months okay rah then boom! recent updates added 1GB RAM total of 1.5GB RAM (max of 2GB) then 500GB HD, cheked the hardware drivers up to date na man siya..

    ..try gamit ug "wine" or "virtualbox" kung mag.install ug windows na application s linux, kun dli pa jud xa mugana..naa problema sa imoha windows os na gamit s virtual machine nimo..ng.try nku ana sauna "wine" gamit nku s adobe apps...

    naa man pud ko monitor calibration tool na di kaayo mo work with wine or virtualbox..

    may pa ko naka try nako ug bsod sa win7.. actually ila man g tago ang bsod.. pero mo gawas giahpn sa ako kato nag try ko ug tv out sa ako laptop.. may pa linux wa pa ko na hasol.. but wala ko mo ingon nga di ko nahan sa windows..

    regards sa mac sad.. same ra man ang prob sa mac ug linux.. software..

    Bro try ug gamit ug vitual box for linux... so imong host ang linux... and you can run windows as your guest os
