You have to decide what you need. If the current business already lacks capacity in the area and the demand is still not maximized, expand it. Expanding the business is growing it organically and that requires lesser cost.
On the other hand if you see another area where your business will really work with returns much greater than expanding your current outlet, then do so.
Check if you need to add channels of distribution or simply expand the capacity of your existing channel.
By the way, there are many things to consider pa. what is your business?

ok bro sak2 na imu idea.. d 1st 2 enter my mind s 2 xpand but unfortunately wala nay lugar para maka expand ky naa sad lain establishments.. naa man gamay space pa sa luyo pero ang tagiya sa yuta murag 50-50 pa iya mind run ky mugamay xad kuno iyang pwesto, but ang business so far so gud labi na nig peak season and i know sad kung mas daku ang pwesto mas daghan ang ma display na items mas daku ang SALES.. tnx sa inyo mga ideas.. NEED MORE OTHER IDEAS..

Word of Mouth or i network sa mga kaila para leverage, para pas pas pud ang halin. Low cost ni nga strategy, no overhead expenses.
if there's a potential market (huge) in your current
bzness, stay focus, exert more time, energy, and money
para progressive.
once stable na cya...then cgeg dako, it's now time to
branch out (or diversify).
