share my worst experience nako ang techhead boss,,

nag buy ko sa ila og 2gb toshiba flash drive with readyboost .less than a year di na ma detect , mao ni adto ko. pag pa warranty nako sa ila . nahibulong na lang kay ang mga staff nangatawa og naglibog. gi ask pa ko nila asa daw nako gi palit.. na shock na lang ko kay pag tan aw nako sa resibo
techhead siya pero ang address sa store is manila not cebu mao wla na nila gi honored.

" duha ka staff ni entertain nako nag lalis pa jud kay nag libog sila.. osa dapig nako osa wla kasabot " ingon atong osa.. possible daw that time pag opening pa nila sa store.. wla pa silay resibo nga naay address pang cebu..so ilang gi gamit na resibo kadtong pang manila na resibo.."

naunsa diay imo unit boss? unsay guba? kay sa ako expereince basta naa diha sa mga mall igo lang ka ana ingnon " guba imo motherboard sir" bisan wa pa nila ablehi. tanan diha mapa msi asus HP na shop kay ila rana ipadala sa manila. i hope di ka maka experience ug di maayo.

mas maayo ang warranty/service sa Octagon.. nationwide pa .. basta naa lang resibo. from luzon visayas n mindanao.

@alwaysdrunk: I don't know if this hardware related issue coz I don't wanna conclude. It works great aside from the audio...it has intermittent krrrrrrrrrrrrrr issue when I play mp3's and even videos...no matter what I made changes on drivers updated it and even the codecs and even using the WHQL generic drivers it still occurs only in WINDOWS 7 X86/X64.

I tested it already with so many possible reasons. I tested on Vista/XP now in UBUNTU and it works great on that 3 OS but not in WINDOWS 7 unfortunately.

But anyway ako ning ipa warranty then let see what they can do about it. Oh btw, I contacted banbros since they are one of the service center in Cebu Philippines pwede ni nako dad-on didto mo cater daw sila sa warranty.

@istoryanimo: Yup you're right bro...OCTAGON is very supportive and has a good warranty policy and procedure of notebooks.

Maka barato paka compair sa SM basta dili lng old stock emo compare sa SM, No issue sa warranty. kay direct man me sa amo local distributors sa Cebu.
warranty also no issue basta naa ra stock sa cebu wla ray 1 week kuha na nemo emo items.

assured nga if buy items from them new unit not old stock, you can really enjoy the 1 year warranty.

@androide16: Diara advertise kaayo dahh di kaha ni OT kaayo hehehe....

Bitaw sir naka try nako diha before pa check palang gani sa monitor nga CRT wa pa ninyo maayo unya naa pajud checkup fee na P350 grabe pud kaayo sir diha pangwarta dapat no fix no pay. I don't recommend sir diha bad experience.
