ASUS GTX 560 TOP Direct CU II will retail around $220 according to ASUS.

Pros :

- very quiet in idle & load.
- very good overclocking potential
- as fast as gtx 560 ti out of the box
- supports Direct X 11, Physx & Cuda

Cons :

- active displays limited to 2 outputs


This non-Ti ASUS Geforce GTX 560 shares the same GF114 architecture as the GTX560 Ti but with only
336 CUDA cores enabled while the Ti has 384 enabled.
The GeForce GTX 560 TOP Direct Cu II is perfect implementation of a GTX 560.

with the Direct Cu II thermal solution the card is very quiet in both idle and load
at $220 ASUS GeForce GTX 560 TOP Direct Cu II is priced reasonably with it's performance and cooling power.
