Nisamot na gyud ang patay, tulis, ilad, kawat ug mga drugas.
Kong mag duty ni sila gi katag ni sila sa comunidad seguro naay POLICE kada 2 2 square kilometers.
Unsa ingyung ikasulte ani?

what was the ratio of policemen to civilians? if you knew the answer then probably it will answer your question..

the ideal PNP ratio is 1:500, now you do the math...

nag kuwang ang police karon.... afaik (based from friends at the force), since nga kulang sila ug taw ang gbuhat nila is selective ang place nga naay high police visibility, usually sa mga crime prone areas, thats why ngano naay BPSO.... but they still do routine patrol...
our pnp needs:
- more patrol cars
- more stations
there are more but i choose not to post cause it may cause more nonse posts...

nya unsaon mansad nga ang polis raman sad ang bantayan sa mga tulisan....unsaon pag dakop anah....
...tiwasan pasad sa UBANG mga polis nga ligoy...dili tanan kay naa man bootan....lol

kulang mga pulis tua na punta sa politiko, mao uban lugar makalusot ang tulis ug patay kay walay pulis.
