CMOS Battery Problem

Hello guys..

Naa ko probs regarding CMOS battery. When i try to turn on my pc i get this errror..

CMOS Settings Wrong
Press F1 to Run SETUP
Press F2 to load default values and continue.

Ok mn ni sya before, then ako gitanggal ang battery pra mawala ang password to access the bios. then pagbalik nko butang sa battery gawas dayon ni sya nga error.

cge lng ko press F2 every time i start my pc. i already replace the battery with a new one pinalit nko sa fastwin. but still i get the same error. i reseated the battery mao lng gihapon ang result. murag almost 2 weeks nko ani nga problem. Mao ni model sa ako Motherboard Asus P5S800-VM.

maybe you can help me or do you have an idea on how to solve this.. any help is very much appreciated. thanks in Advance..

Clean the battery holder pin. nag corrode na seguro ang pin mao loss contact ang bat.

Eraser boss gamita paglimpyo pero hinay hinay lang basin mabali nimo ang pin...

handle it with care.

Unplug ang power cable, ibta ang battery, then pislita ang power button kadaghan. Then balik sulod ang battery. Maybe pud wala ra natarong pag reseat.

just don't forget to save and exit every time you have to change something in the bios. and if you are not sure with your settings there is always a default on that.
