im planning to get a laptop maybe by June and im torn between two laptops.

HP dv6-6004tx

HP Pavilion dv6-6004TX

and the soon to be released

ASUS k53.

Any inputs from you guys are very much appreciated. As of now, wala pa koi idea sa pricing sa k53 but d sad cgru na sila layo2 ug price sa HP dv6 since the specs are more or less the same.

also about the video card, ang HP dv6 is Radeon 6770m ddr5 daw. while ang k53 is nVidia gt 540M or 520M. both 1 gb.

what i like about the HP kae beats ang speakers and naay 2 ka 3.0 nga usb ports.

ang asus is nndot ang colors

also about their brands, which would you prefer?. If you were on my shoes, what will you choose?.

go for asus. hp has an issue like poor cooling system.

ahh.. oo usa pod na sa features sa k53 sir nga iceCool technology daw. Pero nasuya mn gd kos ddr5 GPU, usb 3.0 ug Beats nga speakers.

Is this the specs of the Asus?



If so, I'd get the HP coz it's i7.... pero mas dugay ma lowbatt ang Asus so more fun....

actually boss im eyeing on the i7 2630QM of the Asus k53. graphics is nVidia 540m 2GB or 1GB i forgot.. pretty much same sila except sa GPU. same processor & ram.. and the HDD is good with me 320 or above.. ang HP lng jud is naay 2 ka usb 3.0 and beats

I would say go for the Asus,

I've had nothing but bad experiences with HP... I bought an HP Envy 14 and it overheats quite often. and its a High-End HP Notebook... abi nako their QC issues were only on the low end of their line up.
