i paid a total of P166807.15 for the house (reservation, equity, amortization) up to April 2011 due, and i have statement of accounts to show.. or u can call Deca office (ayala) mismo to verify. its under my name Dennis Lendio

but wala pa maapil for paint, concrete lawn, electric and water meter, pvc's, labor sa renovation, etc
so im seling it for only 200K..tanan2 na..para wa nay hasul.

since June 2009 pako nag pa reserve ani, barato ra monthly nako, P7,100 ra..and at the time i only had P80,000 equity..
my 2 neighbors(same lot area) they paid 120, 000 for equity but is still paying monthly 12000+ now..dali ra kaayo ni increase. they availed theirs 2010 na..u may stroll around my neighborhood to confirm ..
