Life is Amazing

Yesterday, we discussed with my team the recent events in the world. The political crisis in Libya, Saudi Arabia and some other countries in the Middle East. And the most recent tsunami and earthquake tragedy in Japan. These are disasters that we cannot ignore. It's so tragic and traumatic for those victims and their families.
We are so thankful that here in Philippines we don't experience these things. We empathize to them and the only thing we can offer to them is our prayers.
Yesterday, I went home late because I was so busy searching for some blog sites and also in creating my blog.
When I went out in the office I just realized that it's Sunday. Because I've seen boys in the hallway selling newspapers. I just ignore them since I don't want to buy one because I know I will just feel bad reading it.
I was so dizzy that I dont know where to go. I just ride in the jeepney and still thinking where to go. Then suddenly there's a family that ride in the jeepney and they will go to church. So I decided to join a mass. I was so amazed because as I entered the church the choir were singing the entrance hymn. I just arrived on time. I was so happy and felt blessed. And was so thankful to God for reminding me to visit Him. It was couple of months ago since I went to church.
Afterwards, I went home. While I was riding the jeepney there were three boys who suddenly rode the jeepney and did a RAP song which described their situation. It's their means of getting income. Begging some penny to passengers after rendering them a song. I really hate seeing this kind of scenario especially if you know that they were healthy and physically fit to find a decent job.
I paused for a while and think. What kind of job that they can have when they dont finish any degree? doesn't have high school diploma or even have a chance to go to school? It's so sad. Isn't it? Then suddenly I got my pocket and took out some penny and gave it to them. Then I smiled and so thankful because I am blessed to have a decent job. Whenever I will feel bad and feel exhausted with my work. I will just think of them. They are just ordinary people who choose to live despite their situation.
When I arrived home, my daughter ran to me. Embraced and hugged me. She was very excited to see me.

Then I looked at her with a beautiful smile and said to myself Life is amazing.
