Help what's lacking I have 9500 GT 512 mb 128 bit

Inno3D Graphic Card - Nvidia Geforce 9500GT DirectX 10 Extreme HD PC Gaming
I have this card and try to install/ put into one of my system then the system successfully boot but it didnt detect the new card that I attach into it thus it only use the onboard graphics.. questions..
does this card need a 4 or 6 pin power supply?
if it need where can I buy this kind of pins..
I use a HDMI- VGA adaptor which is necessary because this card only have a HDMI port..

i cant install any driver coz the system doesnt detect any new device so I didnt install any drivers yet.

sa ubos nimo gi connect bro? check daw balik basig sa onboard nimo na connect..

reinstall card, thena dto sa imo 9500gt ibutang imo vga/monitor aron khbaw ka na detect ba jd or wala...

sa ubos jud bro.. gagamit dani ko og VGA-HDMI adaptor kay wala may VGA kani nga card.. tsk2x

-to clarify, wla nalng nimo gi daun ug taud ang imo vc kay nag onboard nlng ka? correct me if im wrong..

-solution: try replacing your adapter bro, just a try.. kay sa ako-a na case, mo kalit lng ug pixelate ako screen nya then ma off.. inig restart nako (without shutting it off) kay nag request nsad cya ug driver to be installed.. sa pag ilis nako sa adapter.. ni okay na cya.. (pero e try sa tanan, cuz medyo costly sad bya ang adapter or pangita-on)

hmmmm.. ako pang suwayan tanan options kay wala pa jud nako na try super busy sa work... pero ako salamat sa tanang ni amot og ideas..

try removing your card in your board and reinsert in again and download the driver from invida website
and also disable your build in video card

bro naglibog ko ani, when u said na ang madetect kay ang onboard ra, if onboard gani naka saksak pa d i ka sa onboard card? if sa mismo sa vcard nka nag saksak, instal it yaw na paghuwat sa mosulti naa new hardware naka attch, naa man uban dili na mogawas, if gusto ka makita ad2 sa device manager which makita nmo tanan unsay naka attach sa imo board.

try lng bro start the set up manually.. i always do this pag dili to mogawas ang found new hardware..
