*Preferrably Female (kung male, sabot ra nya ta! hehe)
*inside a two storey house with spacious sala & kitchen
*Room is ideally for single occupancy
*with Cabinets
*can cook *(but must share the gasul expense, shared by 3)
*common CR (cleaned by owner's helper everyday)
