experience w/ KODAK digital camera

i have a kodak DX7590, with 5.0 mega pixel. i dont have any problem with the resolution and images pero it's kinda slow when we talk about rapid shots and taking pictures in succession.

if only this cam has manual control on focus and zoom, this could be the perfect, non-DSLR cam for me.

Kodak DX4900 4MP, more than 4 years siguro ni... naguba kay sige ug katagak... still works but sometimes it wont focus and or mo off lang kalit... not that great but, ok lang...

so far sa akong mga na read na reviews on the DX series of kodak, lig-on jud daw ni sila bro. dba, the DX series are the HIGH ZOOM series? im not sure sa imo DX4900.. unsa ang zoom ani niya?

wa jud kay mahimo ana bai kay limitation na sa poin n shoot ang maglisud ka ug rapid shoots, even the early cheaper dslr models has that problem too.

ang naka nice lang niya is 10X zoom... 28mm-280mm equiv..

I have a 1 year old CX6330 3.2MP digicam. I got it for P6,995 only!

Its quite cheap but it does serve a lot to me. I can even take up to 14minutes video clip with it.

Lig-on pud sya. Kay there was one time nga na-slide ko while taking a picture of my daugther dancing on stage. Paka-slide, natukod nako ang digicam. Nalumping ang atubangan sa zoom lens! But its still working. It didnt affect latter shoots man gani. Lig-on jud!

What i dont like is wala siya'y "bright daylight or beach scene" feature. Kay if mag picture under a very bright sunlight, mo-dark man noon akong pictures.?!? Samot og sa beach during a sunny day, mas-dark pa nuon ang shoots.

Another thing is that wala siya'y para iya jud nga "Underwater Housing/Casing". Di parehas sa uban nga naa jud. Anyway, nakapalit na noon ko og UW housing from eBay. Generic ra god...

All in all, at less that P7t, my 3.2mp CX6330 digital camera is very nice jud!

sa bright daylight pwede man ni ma remedyohan, try manual settings and adjust the shutter speed, try also force flash...

I have a Kodak LS 400 and then owned an LS 743 4MP (Kodak USA replaced it when it was recalled for the lens mechanism problem) for almost 4 years now.. very sleek design and small.. very handy and I can put it inside my pocket.. it was the largest LCD (2-inch) when it came out sometime in 2002-2003.. until now I don't have any problems.. the lens comes with Schneider lens which I like the most that is why Kodak acquired the lens from Germany and then produced the LS series as well used it in other future products like the new DSLR cameras.

i have no problem shooting in burst mode on my Canon A410 P&S..paspas kaayu bisan naka flash mode..you just have to hold the shutter button down until your SD card runs out of space..thanks to its DIGIC II imaging processor commonly found on xpensive DSLR =)
