upgrading my computer (need help)

hi guys, im currently using nvidia geforce 9500gt i wanted to upgrade it but d lang ko sure kung ang geforce 580 or 480 compatible sa akong motherboard and also wanted i7 unta for extreme gaming purpose.

here's my motherboard: Gigabyte G31M-ES2C, DDR2

so wat can u suggest guys? pwede ba ni geforce 580 and i7? or any suggestions, thx in advance guys

Windows7 ultimate
Gigabyte G31M-ES2C
Intel(r) core(tm) quad CPU Q400@ 2.66ghz
2.0gb ram

sir i think kana imong board dili na mo support if gusto ka og imong e i7 ang imo processor lahi na og socket for i7 processor, kung gusto ka palit ka mobo nga LGA 1156/1366 socket depende sad na sa i7 series imong gamiton...my thoughts!

pag sandybridge nya huwata mao abut ang gtx 590.. hehehe.. nya pag 3 ka monitor.. payts nana.. extreme nana bro.. hehhe.. suggestion lang.. mag lisud naka upgrade sa imu current mobo.. kai murag naa na ka sa pinaka taas na pwede ma abtan sa imu mobo.. (i think) hehhe
