need help: broken laptop hinge

good day fellow istoryans, need your help/ information kung asa dri computer repair center na mo ayo ug gubaon na laptop hinge..dili na ma close or fully open ang laptop..

this is a GATEWAY brand na laptop bought sa U.S...

any info regarding this matter is greatly appreciated

recently called some known PC/laptop service centers but unfortunately kutob sa sila sa internals..they dont repair the externals or the physical aspect.

since the problem is almost impossible to repair seeing the damage when it was opened (by me)..i was thinking
kung pwede ba to permanently detach the LCD nalang and attach the laptops body to an external monitor nalang using the VGA port?

I have also the same problem, Hinge sa Compaq. Nisuroy ko sa mga computer stores and repair shops, so far,
sa E-MALL and SM mo repair ani for a reasonable price. wala pa lang sad ko kadecide if ipaayo ba nako dayun kay tag 3-5days man daw na, and hadlok sad ko biyaan ako laptop didto.
