How many buildings? I'll tell you, NONE!
The building code of the Philippines is just OBSOLETE and does not bode well with modern innovations and improvements in the buildings codes around the world. Virtually none of the buildings in Cebu would be able to tolerate an earthquake exceeding 8.0 in intensity. Not even one! What more kung wala nasunod ang building code sa Philippines, hay!
We need an overhaul of the Constitution and many of it's law codes for it to respond well with the calling of the modern era.

I don't think there would be buildings that would be left standing knowing how corrupt people are and grabeh kaau ug tipidē sa mga materials and if God Forbids, he will not that happen. ^_^
