PNA: Comments, Suggestions and Complaints

@all nga naay mga reklamo sa PNA:

don't worry i will air your complaints to the new PNA president sa cebu chapter.. if k ra ninyo pabasahon nko dri..

actually he wants to know the complaints sa members.. kai ganahan sad cya og changes mahappen, but sad to know nga 1yr ra iyang term.. but i hope naa jud kausaban kai usik kau ang kwarta pamember cge kai requirement lagi sa mga hospitals, pero murag wala ray nakuha nga benefits...

To our fellow nurses..

we all know na ang PNA is one of the backbone of our profession, but lately daghan na gyud tag complaints regarding membership renewal and various stuff, like seminars, updates, etc..

wat can you say about the current PNA?

the PNA should address the concerns of many unemployed nurses as well as hospital accepting volunteers. Nurses are licensed professionals who deserve to be paid for their services.. dili kay libre lang, dapat ni e regulate sa PNA, kung naay body nga mangusog against aning volunteer2x then at least kani na mga slots nga gipanghatag sa nurse volunteers will become slots for regular employment. Honestly sa tanan professionals ang mga nurses pinaka way bili karon, and the organization na supposed to be maoy voice sa mga nurses walay gihimo.. Kutob ra ni sila hatag ug seminars na di man gihapon magamit kung walay trabaho. Although it's true na the number of registered nurses is too high compared to the number of available jobs, daghan kaayug paagi oi nga magamit ang mga skills sa mga nurses. Programs like RN-Heals are useful so dapat maghimo ug more programs like this.. wa gyud gamit ning PNA ay, maypag wa nalang.. ang mga tao dinha murag wa ga huna2x..

annual pa ang renewal? waaat? usika sa tinu-ig nga bayad unya di diay hospital nagtrabaho...

gi-every 3 years na lang unta ang renewal oi, same sa license...
