Adjacent lots to the proposed SM will really appreciate in value in no time. SM is projected to operate before the end of this year, so expect that if you buy property in those areas, it will appreciate much faster than you think. If you build a house on the lot, you will be a trike ride away from SM, about a kilometer more or less to the church, wet market, Consolacion Sports Complex and other establishments.
But once SM is operational, they have it all for you. supermarket, departments stores, fast food chains, restos, banks, pharmacies, recreational and entertainment venues, etc...

Do you think P4500/sq meter is not reasonable price?
