Call US landlnes and Mobile Phone for free with your iPhone,iTouch,iPad

There is an app called whistle phone that allows you to call US numbers for free and you also get a US number.

Tested it today and it worked great. Called my friends mobile number.

In my search for a good SIP-based app. i've come across several apps like this.. i think sipgate is one. But never tried those because I want a SIP app that I can configure with my own sip server. Apps I've tried so far:

Fring - It works, but sometimes the SIP add-on doesn't come out, I only get the phone book.
NetDial - Audio doesn't work even when I activated G.711 on my server.
iSip - Keeps getting me cut off.
3CXPhone - Crashes on me when there's an incomming call.
Acrobits - It's $8 and i've read some reviews that it has problems of its own and I don't want to waste 400 php on a non-reliable app.

Would anyone know of a good working SIP app? I'm willing to purchase it if it's not free, since my phone isn't jailbroken. And if there are those that need me to jailbreak my unit, then for that reason alone, I would jailbreak too.
