hi sa mga experts, simple question lang. if ever ako ang mas qualified sa migrant visa diha, dayon dagit nako akong asawa, makatrabaho ba pud sya? di ba sila strikto ana?

If migrant visa imong applyan bro and ikaw ang principal applicant and your wife being your dependent, automatically pareha mo naay working rights to acquire a job here. So makatrabaho ra imong wife.

thanks bro for clarifying. mag-apply mi sa akong asawa 2nd quarter next year puhon. as of now, naa mi mga naka-schedule nga mga seminars among attend-an. dungag knowledge sad sa process.

@elord - bro, di pa klaro sa amo if unsa na type sa visa ma-qualify namo. pero our options would be either subclass 175/886(ako ang principal) or if swertehon kung makakuhag employer akoang asawa (nurse).

-pa-advice diay if I'm on the right track hehe, I'm not planning of getting an agency kay according ani nga thread madala ra if ikaw mag lihok. Salamat, I hope maka tungtong ko dinha!

Congratulations! Are you in Oz right now? My meds are still referred and Im waiting for its finalization. Lodged my visa applications last Sept 17.
