Use Anti Static Wrist Band or (Hold the casing of your PC while Touching the PC parts.) I use Vacumm and Paint Brush if mag clean ako sa sulod sa PC. Be alert lang basin mahigop or ma suck in ang mga small parts sa motherboard jumper pin.

Bro, don't use anti-static wrist band while cleaning or troubleshooting a CRT or monitor. It has a high voltage that can kill a person.
