is my Inno3d Geforce 7600GT temps too high to be normal??

I got a geforce 7600gt from Inno3d... its temps are at 61-65C idle and it could reach 78C at full load (especially when running games like Battle for Middle Earth 2 and GRAW)! isn't this too high!? what seems to be the problem? i haven't experienced any crashes so far and i'm running it at its stock speeds only (560 core/ 1400 mem) using its stock cooler... i'm just concerned with the temps coz i'm afraid this could damage my card..

I also own this card bai. Although I upgraded the HSF to Zalman VF900-cu, which now idles at 48C from the original 57C, I believe that is too high gyud. But you're still in the green. Max rating ana should be around 100. Taas na ug tolerance bai. It can reach 80+ and still breeze away with no probs.

However, you must also consider other external factors, internal case air circulation, external temps...etc... So mo vary gyud na from time to time. You're ok bai.

init mn jd ang mga bago na GPUs sa nvidia...the one thing that causes the heat in the Geforce 7600gt from Inno3d is that they used aluminum heatsink instead of the copper one...mao na init gyud! wa nila gigamit ang reference design sa card from nvidia...the best thing to do is to replace the stock heatsink with a good GPU heatsink...

Ok ra na bai. That's not unusually hot. Someone informed me that the 7600GT has more or less the same die from the 7900GT, which accounts for their similar heat levels. But layo ra kaayo ang 100 bai. The Geforce GPUs can handle excesses of over 80 and up to 100 that not a cause for alarm.

masnindot siguro bro kung imo ilisan og after market cooler para sab mas mutaas ang life span sa imo card. anyways, i also believe that's normal for that chips.

check your room temp, kung init ang room normal na, also your pc case if close type with no exhaust or intake, normal rasad na.
