Exclamation PB member wants to stop penny-pinching Net cafes

BUSINESS permits for home-based Internet cafes, also known as “hulog-hulog piso,” will be inspected if the resolution of Provincial Board Sun Shimura will be approved tomorrow in the regular session.

In his resolution, he urged the Local Government Units (LGUs) and Cebu Provincial Police Office (CPPO)to restrain, prohibit, and prevent owners of units from operating or continuing to operate their business unless proper licensing and/or permits have been issued.

The LGUs, through the Association of Barangay Councils (ABC), will be helping in the implementation of this resolution.

Since the owners will be required of permits and must pay their business obligations, Shimura said the LGU will be most benefited by this because it will boost their local income.
Once it will be approved, he said he will immediately coordinate with the CPPO and will start confiscating units that have no proper documents.

In his resolution, he said these computers are designed purposely for computer games, and he is worried that these will serve as a distraction to the students.
“Mabuangan man gud ni sa mga bata labi na hulog-hulog piso ra (Because it’s cheap, children may patronize them)”, Shimura said.
    Similarities

Shimura said it is closely similar to video carera, except it doesn’t give out money.
The units are being sold, ranging from 20,000 to 27,000. This package includes the PC with cabinet and software installation.
The casing or cabinet only cost between P5,000 and P7,000, with timers already installed.
Some of the computers are delivered with games already installed.
All they have to pay is the monthly Internet payment and electric bills.
The computer operates P1 per six minutes, equivalent to 10 pesos per hour or P1 per three minutes equivalent to P20 per hour. The ratio will depend on how it is set up by the owner.

as for me, ok ra kaayo ni kay ang tinood makabuang man jd ni siya sa mga bata.mo comply nalang jd saktong papeles ang ganahan mag business ani para dili dakupon.

What are the parents of these students playing computer games doing? Are they being responsible enough to watch their children themselves? Must these parents always rely (or be very dependent) on government?

It doesnt take a HULOG2 na PISO para mabuang ang mga bata sa computer games .

If that is his sole reason na mga bata / estudyante mabuang , i regulate tanan establishment that offers ONLINE GAMES .

Dili man ang tungod kay BARATO siya mao daghan mabuang , kids nowadays finds ways to be able to play online game smaski 20 PHp per hour pa na siya .
