Apartment or house for rent in guadalupe/v.rama area

hi guys,

just helping out a friend. they are looking for an apartment somewhere in Guadalupe and V. Rama area. It's kinda urgent so i would hope anyone could send out an immediate response to this post.

1. Prefers area in GUADALUPE or in V. RAMA
2. PRICE range between 6,000 to 7,500
3. can accomodate dogs (toy pedigrees - not big)
4. minimum 2 rooms needed
5. accessible to jeepney line and not far from main road
6. ample space for entry
7. separate meter for water and electricity

ok ra pud banawa area or any adjacent area near the preferred area basta di lang kaayo malayo sa area preferred. price range preferred is flexible so pwede ra daw maka accomodate ug apartments or house na medyo taas gamay ang presyo kai manganvass pa man sad sila ani.

URGENT need daw so i hope naa nai maka suggest. salamat daan fellow istoryans.
