im pretty sure you guys have read all the reviews about this game(if you havent..search the net)and almost every review was praising the game for its awesome combination of graphics, gameplay, scenario, camera control and zoom factor and whatever you can throw at this game and the game is really all that!!! so i wont bother with the review but just a quick roundup of pictures and personal comments.
the game is all that its hyped up to be.you cant never go wrong with WW2 games if its done right and this one is really done right.i beleive its the first RTS game thats based on WW2.
the only problem is you really need a monster PC to be able to enjoy the game the way its meant to be played(hello

nvidia advertisement..lol).even with my rig..im only able to play the game with smooth graphics and every video options turned on MAX @ 1024 X 768.i can play(and i have tried) to play it with all video options maxxed out with 1600 X 1200 res and the game gets jumpy on more than one occasion that it takes away from the gameplay so i had to bring down the resolution for a more enjoyable gameplay.

screenshots taken with 1600 X 1200 resolution and all video setting maxxed out
the first set of pictures are not CG rendered but video rendered(kinda like youre watching but its not CG cause the video quality wont change as you start the game from these cut scene)

heres the zoom effect of the game(notice how much closer you can zoom with the camer.act of wars zoom ingame doesnt even come close to this game and the details of the characters are alot better than act of war)
remember..these are all ingameshots and not CG.just look at the reflections of the soldiers on water when you zoom in.

1.5.1 What are the system specifications? (2 comments)
Such a great looking game requires a powerful engine. Therefore, Company of Heroes is a pretty demanding game .As such, the minimum specs are as follows: Pentium 4 @ 2.0 GHz (or equivalent AMD processor), 512MB of system RAM, and a 64MB DirectX 9.0 compatible video card that supports pixel shader 1.1. You’ll have to refer to the game’s Readme for a full list of supported graphics cards. In addition, the game will also support DirectX 10 when both the proper cards and Windows Vista are released.
However, for the best experience of Company of Heroes, we recommend the following spec: 3.0 GHz CPU, 1GB of system RAM, and an nVidia GeForce 6800 with 256MB of RAM (or equivalent). [Back to Top]
