hi! need advice from cosmo users.. im taking cosmo gluta for almost a week now.. but i think im experiencing heartburn, but im not sure what heartburn really feels like, basta mura syag mo stuck sa dughan and murag mang hang akong paminaw... im thinking maybe im taking it incorrectly.. im taking 1 capsule of cosmo together with 500mg vit c, dunganon nako clag inom, and same sad in the evening 1 cap of cosmo and 500mg vit C..sakto ba na? or need interval ni silang duha? pls advice.. thanks in advance!

ako ika advice nimo TS nuh, stop using that plus imo pa jud gi apilan ug vit cmuar, over naman na, maypa try ka ug MaxGXL mao na ako gi take krn everyday and I don't need to take vit c ky naa na nay 250mg na vit c plus gluta accelerator pa jud siya, mas safe kaysa cosmo
