sorry ... basically dont know the meaning... static and dynamic...
price hisgutan... prefer ko sa barato... ithink lower and static. so ill go for static..

bro kung nangita ka mo develop sa imo website...you can hire someone...or study...and kung nahan kag dali, try Wordpress....
