Is this normal to a 5770? Flickering Shadows

need your inputs guys. i don't know if this is normal or not. i get flickering shadows in some areas of the game but its not limited to one game only. it happens with the games i play. please help me out.

I was using ATI catalyst 10.9 then reverted back to 10.8 if it solves the problem but it didnt.

Thanks for the inputs mga bro's. abi nako card issue. medyo eye sore man gud especially sa bad company 2 na mu shake pag mu aim. anyway, thanks again for the inputs.

i experience that on COD World at War only...software glitch maybe...i just ignore it.
